8)The Playground was full, every swing, every brightly colored surface swarming with little bodies, laughing and running and waving limbs much to small in proportion to the head that directed them. Anthony watched it all from the passenger seat of his mom’s car, eyes tracking a boy who was obviously "it" fly around the boundaries of the tire swings arch in gleeful pursuit of his playmates. Another girl was climbing the spiral slide while 3 others tried to go down together, a traffic jam. His mom watched him watching. "You ready?" He nodded but was quiet. "Comeonkiddo, it'll be fun." She unbuckled her belt and reached for the door handle. "Mom…?" She stops and looks back at her son.
